Please tell me the benefits of consuming said hormones/enzymes (of which if anything are in a huge minority compared to the solutes in the urine) as well what the hormones/enzymes are that you refer to, against the risks of consuming the very things your body is trying to get rid of?

woww! im not DAT desperate, i mean, i get mah pimples lik a normal teenager gets its pimples, but i onli get lik soo little, rite now i hav lik 2 pimples nd lik 1 or scares. but if i had alot of pimples, i dnt kno if i would do dat, is jst gross, if u do dat, plz dnt get offended by mah coment, nd if u do, nd it helps, thn keep doin it, nd dnt let ppl mak u stop from doin it, is just my opinion dat i wouldnt do it, but is jst wat i think.
Point 3. The urethra contains bacteria, hence many urine therapy practitioners use mid-stream urine, in order to allow the first few seconds of urination to wash out the bacteria within the urethra. Good luck,hope it works for you.

i suggest u dont drink choclate milk because milk in general causes more acne mix it in some juice or water,water is alot better
