Mindy I can’t remember the name of the type of diet that recommends you eat fruit and vegetables locally grown. The theory is that the plants grown near you contain a better balance nutritional balance for where you live. The Japanese Prime Minister’s wife (Miyuki Hatoyama) is on this diet.
