I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little to no alcohol because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by final moisturizing protective lotion.
I have to tell my big brother about this. Since we are African American, he gets bumps on his face plus his skin is sensitive (thank goodness I’m a girl, yay!).

i expect my razor to work as it does in the adverts on telly thats what makes you think razor shaving is good but in reality it does not work like this.

@TheCarneg none, the razor should do the work… sometimes, you might have to re-shave an area to get even closer… but always applying more shave cream/gel
@Sussexguyuk sorry if your question has been answered already but make sure you dont take asprin or other blood thining medication before you shave. rinse the area once you are done and apply pressure to the cut, leave the pressure for a long time because the cut is very thin and you need to give your blood time to clot to stop the bleeding. press longer than u think u need to. then apply your moisturizer gently over it when it comes time to moisturize. good luck!
